Personalized Training Sessions for individuals and group classes
I offer personalized training sessions for all ages tailored to individual goals and fitness levels. Group classes of 1 hour a week for 10 weeks are held spring, fall and winter. I also provide programing for athletes who would like to excel in their chosen sport.

Group Classes (coming in 2027)
Light weights and low intensity
These classes are fun and include strength training and some cardio to get the blood flowing. These classes are great for adults of all ages.
Personalized Training
Goal oriented, Assessment-based
Strength training and or cardio. I can tailor a plan that fits into your lifestyle.

Athletes
Performance oriented
Need to work on hypertrophy, muscular endurance, muscular strength , and or power? From beginner to advanced I can create a periodized plan for you.
